To follow on this, you can change your Minecraft usernames here. Assuming you migrated them to Microsoft.
Java - https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/msaprofile/mygames/editprofile
Bedrock - https://social.xbox.com/changegamertag (This will change your overall Xbox gamertag)
All of your ranks and bundles are saved to your account via UUID/XUUID. When you change your username or gamertag, your IDs do NOT change, they are permanent. So you will keep all of your cosmetics and purchases, the same goes for all of your purchases on the account like Xbox games and Marketplace purchases.
