Is this a rule break and if so what rule?

I say this because In snowman survival I just had a game where the snowman did nothing but take off their clothes for the full 3 minutes and they refused to tag anyone even those who want to get tag so that they can just continue the game. Everyone in chat was telling them to tag someone. Heck they could of left and that would of been better since we still could atleast played the game. So was that breaking any rules

Im not sure, you might be able to get them banned for trolling, if u are sure they weren't just afk then it might be bannable. If u really dont like them to afk or something just leave lol

It wasn't afk it was them moving about and throwing clothes but not playing the game

if he is intentional getting himself killed, it is punishable
I believe it falls under killfarming/boosting

No they weren't kill farming it was snowman survival someone wasn't killing anyone so the lobby got bored was asking for them to kill someone so that the game can actually be played. People were so bored that they actually started volunteering to be the one to die so they could have fun.

Nah can't let one round spoil an otherwise good game

(tbf that is solid advice I was just mainly wondering if I see someone intentionally keeping the lobby hostage if I should report it in the future or not)

Probably reportable yeah under trolling, I do think you need video evidence though ;p
