Is there any punishments related to global chat?
I was banned several times, and ever since then I feel like nobody can see my messages, either they couldn't care less about what I say or they don't see my messages at all

Hi! Although we do indeed have chat punishments(mutes), your issue is most likely a shadow mute. You can read about shadow mutes here. Hope that helps!
