You can also use a pillow that you can heat in the microwave.
What also helps is wearing big socks, because your feet are almost the whole time in contact with the cold floor which means that you loose much bodyheat.
Hot drinks can also help :D

Step 1: become Canadian
Step 2: maple syrup
Step 3: embrace the cold
Step 4: wear socks
Step 5: your PC emits heat. Game all day
