1. Not the way to farm wood? I dont understand as theres fortune for axes which i guess counts as a mod already.

I think Efficiency is the best way. More mods would spoil the game.
The grinding is an important part of the game. Otherwise, some of the quest become kind of pointless.
All of these quests that people complain about are potential opportunities to get creative. Work smarter, not harder.

so your just gonna say that he is dumb for suggesting this? he could be a new player or someone who could've not have played a game so grindy before. Also, in order to get creative and make something that helps you faster, you'll need to work hard. What I mean by that is you'll need to get the resources to build. For example, a automated cactus farm. You'll need to keep getting cactus and more wood in order to expand the cactus farm, which in itself is a long wait, but then building the actual farm is what will be hard.
