    I was in a lobby in cubecraft and this player named PudgyPotato99 claimed to be a moderator, and his friend was hacking by flying and using a kill aura. is there anything you can do for this?

    Hola perdón molestarlo pero me han baneado de cubecraft sin razón y cuando quiero entrar me dice que por favor cambien la contraseña de mi cuenta la cambio y no pasa nada. Si por favor me lo solucionan seria un gran gracias. Me a costado mucho conseguir la cuenta de miencraft. Nunca e usado hax en cubecraft

    Firstly, spamming staff profiles is not the way to go.
    Secondly, you can appeal at https://appeals.cubecraft.net/, however, since this is your second offence of hacking, it is a permanent ban, you can try appealing, however it is use of Kill Aura and you have admitted to it, and used it even after being punished once. It is upto the staff now wether to accept of deny your appeal.
