I got an idea, make it to where the game can be time limited or not. A way to do this is allow donors to vote for "No time limit" or "30 minute time limit" or "1 hour time limit". If this was added, I would donate.

If this is the case, a spectator doesn't need to help. In game people have access to a compass for EggWars and SkyWars. I know lucky islands doesn't, but I think they are fixing it.

Even if you can farm it, it creates campers at the very beginning of the game. That is to short, 30-45 sounds good.

Instead of toggle gender, maybe use words that aren't gender specific.

Only problem with this is a player could log out to avoid damage, like maybe you are about to pop an egg and you see people running at you and you decide to log out to give you more time and to confuse them.
