Why can’t we get hoppers? I’ve just made it to the birch island and found out I can’t get them after grinding to get them 😔

Should make a progress bar till you get to the next island at the top of the quest page on the villager , that would be nice so I know how far I am to get to the next island , showing you the percentage or like how many quest you have to complete to get it
