You can see it as a compliment, if people calling you a lot a Hacker etc that just says that you are a good player, am laughing every time somebody is saying that am a Hacker. Just ignore them. :)

As @Indesired says you need to report them here https://reports.cubecraft.net/report The staff will ban the player as soon as they can. There may be a Day/2 days within when they are banned. They are working a lot. :)

Its only made for the Staff team, they can spectate all of us. And it they think you are hacking they would go in "PvP vieuwer mode". Maybe you can be a little bit more specefic? I don't understand it competely? But am thinking you're way. :)

CubeCraft wouldn't do that, CubeCraft want to be unique of every other server, they don't will copy a game without changing the game a lot! But this would be nice, indeed! :)
