    Maybe I was wrong that you had to be 13 another server who uses the same host system to make their site you have to be 13, and generally websites make you have to be 13, I thought it was a requirement of the website host for any sites they hosted accounts had to be 13+ but I guess I was wrong

    I had tried on multiple other forums that were hosted by the same website host so I assumed it was a network thing and wouldn't be different
