Sounds interesting have you tried removing and placing the spawners again? Since there was no change in the set up the problem comes from how they spawn directly.

This would be great, I lean more towards TNT Run because we need less PVP concentrated games.

If by money you mean personal money then I think that's how it is supposed to work. Now having a money pool for Skyblock sounds like a good suggestion.
