If both your appeal and conversation have been denied, and you really know for sure you didn't do anything bannable, you can always contact @LoonyRules about it on the forums!! If you didn't do anything bannable, you'll surely get unbanned :) But sadly if they find a reason, you won't get...

Click here to report it. As usual you need to log in to report. (this is the report bug system) you can find back in the forum menu. As soon as cubecraft finds the bug, they will remove it.

You mean that message ''Out of combat''. its because your in a game. You need to leave the combat, to report someone. You can always go on the site to report someone!

If you are writing the thread, you can see a picture with a sun and with hills. You can click on there and add them onto the Thread. If this doesn't work you can drag the picture into the Thread! Locked :)
