best way to judge a persons skill is play against them (or with them in general) stats is comparable to school grades, if they get good grades it may suggest theyre smart but you dont know their exact intelligence or in this case skill because you dont know how exactly they answer test questions...

your argument is mid, any player who is good can create an alt and play their first game on that alt and then do extremely good cuz theyre a pro and people think hey that guy is a hacker so the entire server reports him and boom the innocent pro on an alt is banned and appeals isnt always...

would make you more suspicious because not EVERYONE is a pro on an alt you need to have suspicion theyre cheating due to you seeing them suspiciously act hinting at cheats but the kdr showing may help

i have another idea with this, with the report command in game you are able to see their kdr playtime account age, if its all high and stuff its very suspicious of a hacker and you can report them then with the suspicion theyre hacker which they probably are if this is not easy to make...
