A tip: You can't just became a a staff just because you want too. Lots of people do try to be a staff member but some get denied. You actually have to work for it and earn it. *Note If you're a helper you can't just ban people just because you want to. They can report you for that. and I don't think helpers can be part of dealing hackers.
