Cant report this user

Ok so every time i try to report tabota it says he has never joined the server. i tried putting his name in with caps and without caps and tried to put the o as a 0 and nothing works. ps im reporting him for spam. i killed him then he spammed the hell out of me then left. i assume he got kicked for spam lol
