The tutorials are all over Youtube. Just search "How to make a server plugin for minecraft" or "How to make minigames for minecraft".
The ones making the plugins are the developers btw, i dont think the owner does (He might, but i dont think he does).

Actually, one of the Owners does create plug-ins, that'd be rubik_cube_man.

Cubecraft will not give out plugins nor tell you how to make them. Sorry :(. You can always look up Youtube tutorials if you'd like to develop some other games :). -Locked.
