First of all i think you mistyped because its "exciting"
Second: the servers not even in 1.10 theyll probably wait for 1.11 before upgrading
Third: its not really needed plus survival brings on issues thatll turn it into classic factions very quickly and PVE survival would probably cause chaos in player reports since pve servers dont allow griefing or theft and
Fourthly: survival would probably be more fun if it was in the form of pixelmon or digimon
Finally: technically it already exists in the form of skyblock (under maintenance)

This has been suggested before, but then it wasn't survival but towny that was suggested but it's the same concept.
Anyway I don't think this is cubes style and we have enough popular games already, so other popular games would be played less then others etc...
I'm sorry but I disagree with your suggestion.

I love survival! Unfortunately it doesn't really suit the style of Cubecraft (in my opinion).

There's already a gamemode in development that is like survival (factions). Back in the day, CCG did have survival with plots. But that got scrapped for factions, as there's more room for custom development.

This is not necessary cause the Survival is already being worked on. It is not that easy to develop a game, but it has been said that it would be released soon so all you need to be is patient.
