One shot by a bow with 10 hearts and 8 armor points

Here is a clip of me with 10 hearts getting 1 shot in a normal item skywars game.

How on Earth is this possible? Was it a glitch? Was he cheating? I can't even think of any cheats that would allow this to happen. I have no clue what to think about this. Any input?

Yeah even if it's a cheat, I don't think that's possible.

He used the bow crit, which happens when you pull the string back so much that it 1-shots any player. You have to be holding the bow down for 3 IRL days for it to work.
