basically archer tower bottom path is now the entire defense lines every one like EVERY ONE spams it its good and all but its overpowered i know what u might say if we remove it what do we use as a defense he is a few things there is necromancers and also if they nerf it they gotta buff other stuff like poison towers because they are useless same for turret towers and stuff i dont know if this is possible but please nerf archer tower.

i dont think u guys understood me when i want them Nerfed thats for a reason because they are nowadays like the main defense tower which makes other towers weaker and less used so either other towers get buffed or this one get Nerfed so the game is more balanced and fun and also gaints need A HUGE BUFF.

I don't agree with the idea you're proposing . I agree somehow that archer towers patch 2 are OP, and they're the main protection of a Tower Defence game. But, as you may know, there are other towers that are good too - for example, you have the necromancer tower with the shulker (patch 2) which is OP too, the zeus towers, among others... I don't believe archer towers should get a nerf.

I don't agree with the idea you're proposing . I agree somehow that archer towers patch 2 are OP, and they're the main protection of a Tower Defence game. But, as you may know, there are other towers that are good too - for example, you have the necromancer tower with the shulker (patch 2) which is OP too, the zeus towers, among others... I don't believe archer towers should get a nerf.
it is indeed a main way to defend in the game but it makes a lot of other options useless like top path archer rare of people use that any more and so i think if they dont Nerf the archer tower they should buff other defending ways for example sword abilities are pretty useless i am sure of that you waste 1 k points to get one while you can get upgrades for zeus or scorer tower instead which is way more useful.

Otherwise, they should buff other towers instead of nerfing the archer tower, like you said. And it's true that the sword and the bow sometimes are a bit pointless, because the towers almost do all the damage to the enemies. Also, hitting powerful mobs such as magmas or giants with a sword, it's a bit dumb in my opinion. Perhaps, we should need more towers or improvement in their abilities.

I agree that explosive archers need a nerf. There are very few things that can actually counter them: early rushes (since path 2 is quite expensive), clustered waves of strong troops such as blazes with speed, or magma. I think the solution is buffing other towers and nerfing archer; there shouldn't be a single tower that defends all. Zeus, necro, and turret all need buffs, the last two especially. Their lack of AoE damage makes them get completely overwhelmed by large rushes. They should also mix up the immunity of certain troops a bit more to require more specific towers to defend, such as zeus or sorcerer.

I think we need to keep archer towers path 2 as they are. Like it was mentioned above, this is the best tower for overall defense and sometimes it's the only hope when you are being blazed rushed. This is also why level 4 is so expensive.... in order to balance it out a bit more. -1

But I think there should be other towers that can help out in a blaze rush, such as a buff to zeus tower (such as a change to the bouncing lightning path). Having a singular tower which defends all is just too strong in my opinion. More tower variety would require more knowledge to properly defend and ultimately increase the learning/skill curve.

I do understand what you are saying, the tower is pretty strong. I can agree that having a buff for some other towers such as the Zeus and necro towers would be a bit helpful and balance it out a bit more. Again, I think the pricing is helping out because it is expensive and most of the time players don't have enough coins to place those archer towers for something such as an early game skeleton rush or something.

I don't really think the price makes up for its absurd strength. I don't think it's much more expensive than (if at all) sorcerer or zeus, both which have plenty of mobs which are immune to them. An other crazy option: add a placement penalty for the archer like quake has. But instead of the 10 range penalty, just make it a 4 range penalty. That means you can't place two archer towers besides each other anymore. Also, claiming with the cheapest tower to place isn't possible anymore.

i think some towers should be buffed yes, but archer is fine as it is in my opinion. in fact, path 1 could use a buff maybe. sure, path 2 is insane at times, but far from being enough to stop a massive attack.
towers like poison really need to get fixed. all you need is 1 poison path 1 in the beginning and it will be useless to buy for the rest of the map! (path 1 at least, path 2 is still great).
zues is also one of these towers where im not too sure about its power, its kinda overrated at times in my opinion.

my point is they nerf it but buff other stuff too because its unbalanced that 1 tower is better a ton more then the rest

they should make fire-resistant mobs IMUNE TO BOTTOM PATH ARCHERS TOWERS(only bottom path: level 1 and top path are unaffected)

path 2 makes explosive arrows, the fire is just a little add-on to the look (as far as im aware of)
the fire arrows cast fire to the enemys, just like the mage tower, but the nether mobs should be imune to the flame explosion sent by level 4 bottom archers, making it so that level 2-3 bottom archers only deal the arrow damage and level 4 bottom dealing no damage at all to nether mobs

Just because something is strong doesn't mean it should be nerfed, otherwise, you'd have to nerf the whole game.

As mentioned the price is there to offset the power and even then well coordinated pushes can easily overwhelm a big row(s) of archer lvl 4s
