It's been a very long time so I don't remember the exact reason, but I believe it was to prevent players from leveling up many times in a short time. People could level up 20-30 times in 2 hours by activating lots of multipliers at once. I'm glad it is not possible anymore.

When you feel like you’ve run out of inspiration. And you don’t even have to stop them altogether but maybe just do them whenever you think of a good one rather than daily
