We cannot ban players without evidence. You can download a screen recorder so that next time you come across a hacker, you can report them. Some good screen recorders I would suggest are:

• OBS~ https://obsproject.com/
• Bandicam~ https://www.bandicam.com/
• Fraps~ http://www.fraps.com/

Next time you see a hacker, you can record them and report them with the video at reports.cubecraft.net.
