Recover votestreak got claimed twice

Today I had to recover my 96 day voting streak. It prompted me to pay 8000 loot points, which I did, however it claimed 8000 loot points twice for a total of 16000. Could I get my 8000 loot points back?

EDIT: now that I think about it, I think I even voted yesterday? Not entirely sure, but I've had it happen before that I did vote but the vote didn't get registered by cube craft even though I correctly spelled my username on the sites used to vote. If its possible to check, could you do so to make sure if I even had to recover my streak in the first place?

Last time I send them a message on Twitter asking if they could manually recover my streak and it was fine (I voted but the server had issues that day). The voting they might not be able to verify, but my double loot points should be easily verrified.

SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME! I just made a post on this yesterday
