Kick players from the Server if he/she is not Educated.

Yeah, no. We aren't going to remove players from any gamemode simply because they choose to not talk in chat as there are various reasons to why they choose to do so. + to add on, not being/ educated =/= not talking in chat and at the end of the day is this basically unfair to those players.
