New minecraft EULA...affecting CCG ?

I know this is an avoided subject...but I got to ask...

A new EULA came out a while ago...Talking about server restrictions...Owners and server developers...are "kinda" worried about it...since it could interfere with donation perks (lucky stone ;D)...As I read the EULA (as vague as it could be xD) ...I discovered that our KitPvP server perks (kits) are not respecting this EULA...I'm wondering what are the expected changes that this server will go to...I'm trying to figure it out for my server ...And I've been wondering about this server...

I hope that it won't change the kits ;)...

The cold-hard fact is that the perks you have will most-likely be stripped away because of this rule. I expect most servers to deal with this by compensating the players by giving them something that is allowed, like vanity items.
