Uhm, I'm not looking to submit a map or gamemode. I just want someone which could help me out with building a map for fun. ;)

There are plenty of friendly and active Designers that are willing to help at any times such as @TheJeroen and @Dylaila for exsample.
Im sure, if you contact them they'll give you a hand and assist with whatever they can:)

I am a good builder but idk if I can help. The link that @ItsSennee provided is where you can submit maps. I cannot help you cause I am making a map a Resource pack.
