How to tell if someone is using X-Ray hacks?

I just finished a game of UHC and ran into a team with all full diamond armor and swords. I know its possible to get that by sheer luck, but I was wondering if there is any way to tell if someone is using X-Ray hacks since you can't really video tape them doing it. Thanks for your help! :)

If they just ~happen~ to be digging straight down to perfectly the right place instantly, and keep doing this, once it is insanely obvious they have the hacks, it would be possible to give a ban.

However, the evidence would need to be very good as it is hard to be 100% sure of.

If players are mining straight for ores it's pretty obvious they are using Xray.
Same thing applies for mobs, caves and etc.

That are pros or hackers. Find they mines and you see the answer...
