How long does it take for you guys to confirm cheater report?

I saw that CubeCraft had a lot of hackers one day, so I went ahead and started OBS and every time I saw hacker I would record them and submit a report. I have made 7 reports so far, only one has been accepted, how long does it usually take for you guys to confirm them? The first one got reply in a hour, prefect, other ones have been pending for more than 24 hrs now. Am I missing any tags or something? My reports are formatted like so:

Title: Reporting Hacker
Content: YouTube video proof as Media and some information about the cheater and his in-game name.
Tags: cubecraftgames, cheater

You've done everything right. You will just have to be patient for staff to handle them. Sometimes, it may take a while when there isn't anyone avalible to handle them.
Thanks for reporting and helping us out. I'll take an hour now and go through them all now. :)
