I see you caught a rule breaker! But you don't need to report them here. Go to https://reports.cubecraft.net with video evidence That's uploaded on YouTube.If They're are hackers/teamers in-game record them immedaitely! If you don't have a screen recorder I suggest you to take a look to this.
You have basicly free screen recorders.

You eventually can do Windows button + G (only works on Windows 10)

If you Searched lt_shou And he never logged in the server...
