There is already a Parkour there, enough in my opinion. :D
Remember that it's just a little lobby before the game start. :)
So more things aren't necessary to add in my opinion. :P

Exploring the map? I don't think it's necessary in my opinion, but for Emerald+ or Obsidian it might be a thing. :)
Adding new parkour? Yes, I totally agree with that, the parkour is getting bored and old tbh. :D

If I'm understanding correctly, you want the ability for all players to be able to fly around the map during the pre-game wait? Not a bad idea but this wouldn't be on the top of our lists at all. Don't think it will happen, just try to join full games to begin with if you feel like you're always waiting.
