Donor kits in assassination?

And u @LaserDolphin77 :3 well, recently I have heard that you mods/admins whatever I don't know, will and might be adding donor kits in assassination, however I do not know. Please let me know if this is true, and taken to notice. Yours magestically, blunt (ze magestic potatoe)

To the best of my knowledge they are completely re-designing assasinations and I don't think donator kits are being added, I could be wrong, but that's all I've heard
