Can't purchase anything on the web store!

Hi, My username is Snizce and my sisters username is Thats_Poetic.
I was going to purchase myself and my sister a gift of a rank but when I tried, on either account names on the webstore, it said that we were banned from the webstore. We have both been falsly banned before because of the bad anti cheat but are not banned anymore. We are only banned on the webstore, not the game.
Could you please unban both of us from the webstore! I tried contacting sales@cubecraft.net but they said that they cant help me.

I have the feeling that was an automated message because of this part:

So, I suggest replying to that email and explaining your problem again. A friend of mine had the same problem and everything is worked out now!
I suspect that message was automated because of ban/... in your email which lead the system to think you were banned from the Minecraft server as I suspect a lot of people contact them for that :)

They meant that they can’t help you with bans issued on the Minecraft servers, they are the ones to help you with store bans!
