About my Ban and Appeal (Account Compromised)

Hello, i want to contact the support to help me with something.

Back in 2016 my nickname was Craftstonner, in that time i used to play Cube Craft with my friend, this friend got access to my account in that time, it's a long story to explain why i trusted him... But, months later, he started to disappear from skype, he never contact me never again. Until January 2017, i lost my account, my e-mail was changed so i could no longer request a password change, everything was doomed for me.

When i informed Mojang about my account, it took a whole week to get it back, when i got my account back, it was too late...

The person who hacked my account (which i accuse it was my "friend") started using hacks to ban me from various servers, 2 of them which i cared so much was Hypixel and Cube Craft.

In that time, i don't actually thinked that it was the hacker who banned me, my memory was kinda ass and i actually thought that i used hacks in Cube Craft, i even requested a appeal saying that i hacked cause i was a little idiotic child but my Appeal got refused.

I watched a video where someone records me with hacks, but when i watched i don't remember anything about me holding a golden apple and slaying people with those skins in that map, THAT WASN'T ME AT ALL...
I DIDN'T EVEN UPDATED MY MINECRAFT TO 1.9+

So i finally realized that was the hacker who got me banned

Now i can't do any appeals, and now that i know that the truth that it wasn't my fault, i don't know what to do...

Well, it's ok if the admins don't trust me this time, but i should't trust this so called "friend" anyway...

And to prove that i am innocent, i got unbanned from Hypixel for Compromised Account, cause i was banned for hacking too... here's the threads:

Quick Note: The 2nd thread was made WAAAYYY before the 1st one, cause i forgot about minecraft for a long time and they didn't answer me, so i made a second one and it was approved.

Securing your account should be your number one priority right now, so you should probably go for it if you haven’t already. Anything like changing your password periodically (make sure it’s not an easy password either) or adding security questions are both great strategies to keep people out of your account.

Once it’s all secured, appeal at https://appeals.cubecraft.net/ and explain your account is fully secured and controlled by you now.

As you already made an appeal and it was denied, and the mod which issued the ban is no longer active, you gotta start a conversation with AnimalTamer1 (the staffmanager) and explain the situation. It’s a she, and she is pretty active yes. Don’t think you’ll get answer in 15 minutes though, she is at university so she might be studying or making homewor etc.
