PLEASE CHECK THE COMMENTS BEFORE VOTING !!! The problem with empty maps is that they fill a lot slower than other maps: So when the other maps refresh and become another of the same map as the one that has difficulty filling, the maps accumulate and the less popular maps take over the boards...
