Explain to me, you fool, why if you are banned, then your appeal will never be approved,WHY!?

So recently I had decided to start playing mine craft again. However, when I tried to join cube craft, I get an error message saying I'm perma-banned. It brings up a date saying I hacked, while I wasn't even on that day, and had never hacked before. Any suggestions?
