    New way to track bounties.

    Hello players of Cubecraft (Hopefully PvP players) and welcome to my suggestion thread. Since Minecraft 1.9 rolled out with Spectral Arrows, I loved the glowing debuff. So why not make Bounties glow through walls to the people who have a bounty compass?
