It's interesting I guess. But I would give anything to never experience it again. It is not fun.

Some people don't get it at all. It's extremely rare for people to get it if you don't have it frequently. I believe the average person has a 50% chance of experiencing it once in their life.

Like I said, I'm one of the unlucky saps that gets it frequently, around once per two years. When I was younger it was a lot more. It would range from goblins to spiders. The latest one, which was around December, I literally say myself laying down in a birds-eye view of my bed, freaky as hell.

If you do not know what is happening, then yes, it can be that bad. The experience is different for everyone, but it's never fun.
