I disagree with your opinion because of how people could do the same thing with skins , it makes it no different than capes really

When it comes to optimization capes are better by a mile , They could make paid custom capes just like other wardrobe items , it would make the game much more playable and smoother and it would still show with armor unlike other wardrobe items , Which obviously makes it better
