I just bought a subway giftcard to get the lapis rank, but it seems there's no option to use subway giftcards anymore. I sent a request for an integration queue but I haven't gotten any emails about it (if that's how I would get contacted). How long does it take for it process and get sent to me?

A lot of people including myself have been experiencing the hoops not loading over a certain point in the game. It's a fun game and I don't think it should be removed, but since you can't make the chunks load, a map would be very helpful so people could still navigate through the hoops
