I know that I've been helping people the last 2 days with things on the Support forums. but I see people locking it so no one can respond again. is it just that you type locked, and it'll get locked or do you need to click something etc. I'd love to know so I can lock threads that are already...

So I've got hulp that I need to /link my username, but my username on the site is my old username, and my new username didn't pop up and so did my rank that I have (Emerald). Can someone help me? Is there something I need to do?
