Um I just found a Hacker while playing PvP. I said he hacks and he even admitted it, his IGN is "kelzblanka" . How I know he was hacking was he was eating and running at the same time, he was also running and when I got close he hit me without looking at me. Plz help

I just found a hacker on Eggwars his/her IGN is OliveirNo, I have recorded proof but I don't know how to send it. If you don't trust me just watch him ingame play.
