    hey can you please help me, i never played on this server before and when I try to login it says...

    hey can you please help me, i never played on this server before and when I try to login it says you're permanently banned. It also says " you can appeal". When i fill in my MC name at https://appeals.cubecraft.net/ it says "this player has never logged on to the server". So i don't know what to do.
