There should also be some changes to discourage camping, like , adding OP strength pots or better pickaxes after 30 minutes have passed, or decreasing the price of enderpearls so more people will start rushing. Other than that, I think your suggestions are ok.:)

Most people do not care if they are being called a noob, getting called a noob does not affect gameplay and most players that have played for a while should not be affected. So there's no point in punishing people for it.

OP mode is way to OP. Most games can go on forever. I quit during one of these games as the game had not ended after 45 minutes. I hope people stop voting for this.

Most people would not start a fight just because someone calls them a noob. I've never seen someone target somebody just because someone called the other person a noob. People mostly say noob out of anger or annoyance, especially if someone uses a tactic like camping.
