In my opinion, it would be better to have a really strict anti-cheat as if an innocent gets banned by accident they can easily appeal

Reporting via here on the forums works a lot more than on the server because a lot of cheaters when they believe someone reported them abuse the system by saving and quitting because the reports are closed when they leave the server. So reporting them here is a lot better than in-game reports.
