You should probably just make a report at https://reports.cubecraft.net (java) or at https://cbecrft.net/bedrockreports (bedrock). Reporting them via those sites (with evidence) is usually better then relying on Sentinel in my opinion.
Yeah I know that, but that would probably only work for Bedrock then. Since there are a lot more players on there then on java. It wouldn't make sense to me to add ranked to Eggwars, or any game for that matter, if we don't even have the players for it.
As I said before: That linked thread is talking about ranks/badges of in game ranks and badges players already have. Therefore, it's only purpose it to be adding ranks/badges into the forums so that users can show their in game ranks while being on forums. So adding "challenge obtainable badges"...
This thread is not at all linked to that other thread. That one is talking about Forum ranks/badges. This one is talking about adding a challenge system into the server itself. That's completely different. Where did you get the idea that it was linked to each other?
If you were talking about...
For the explosion kills you missed "(Killer) showed (victim) their bomberman impression".
It's one that doesn't show up a lot so I'm not surprised its not on the list yet lol.
(This was on java so idk if bedrock has it tho)
Ohhh thats sick! I love this idea man!
Though I'm not 100% sure if the staff likes the idea of a challenge item shop :/
I mean, I sure as heck love it, but I can't do much about it lol
Great concept man!
The 30 point cap is perfect. That will really keep the balance between competitive and casual players. And I'm assuming there will be some kind of item shop purely made for the challenge points right? If so, it should be within the server, because using an external website would be a bit too...
Congrats man! Well done on reaching that mile stone!
But just a heads up, its gets only harder from there. As someone who's closing in on level 200, it is NOT an easy task to get more levels. Goodluck with the grind man 🫡
Usually during community games you can play for the ranks. Winners will almost always gain at least 1 month of obsidian rank, so in a way you played for it.
But other then that, no there isn't any other way to get it other then paying for it.
Are the "Challenge points" currency to buy challenge-exclusive items or something? Because if so, I hope the rewards will be a little expensive if its this simple to gain those points. Otherwise everyone can just claim the items by completing like 4 quests (assuming the prices would be like 10...
I agree with you on those two.
I lowkey miss the challenges we had on java. They basically made you play game modes you usually didn't play, and sometimes you find out how fun they could be and then you start playing them more, at least, that's what happened for me.
And as for the anti-cheat...
I used to do them too. Mainly for my permanent cubelet collection but still. It was fun to do them.
I guess people just overlooked it easily since it wasn't that easy to find the challenges, unless you accidentally completed one.
And yes, I agree. Challenges that you complete just by playing...
Personally, I like the changes you have in mind for BedWars, but I'm against adding challenges. I mean, I don't know how successful that is/would be on bedrock, since on java, we had challenges before, but no one did them so they got discontinued. So I don't know if adding them again would...
Personally, if someone is temporarily or permanently banned, it should just stay that way. People who break the server rules don't deserve a "second chance". They should've just not broken the rules at all in the first place.
Plus, the fact that a long time might have passed, doesn't matter...
I guess, but still, the perks are unnecessary. It would just make the kits very unbalanced. It's fine just the way it is.
Six is more then enough. Plus, people are already used to them. Therefore, adding new ones would just make it more confusing then it should be. And those kits you suggested...
I don't think adding perks to kits would be very fair. It would just become a pay to win system, and I believe that that's what CubeCraft is trying to avoid.
And I don't think we need new kits. We already have plenty of kits in my opinion, and some of your suggestions would just be FAR too...
