I also had to wait long, but dont worry! They will look at it. You can also try to ask Mods or Admins on the server (mostly in Skywars lobby 1) with /tell. Many times they listen to you -

EggWars map problem
You can't create your own map in server with a rank, you have to wait for the map and then you can fast-click on it and don't have to search off all the signs- JonaSwag
