this is not a bug. You can adjust your flying speed with your scroll wheel. If you want to go slower, scroll down, faster, scroll up. I suppose you accidentally scrolled the wheel a little making you go slower. Hope this helps! EDIT: I don't know what scrolling is for other devices besides...
