Yes it may be a lot of work, but that's what servers are about. To improve there ways and find threw the challenges. If these people can't handle all the reports that they shouldn't apply for staff. Just think of kids who get killed by hackers it ruins there experiences. It's not fair for them...

True, but I don't think you should buy a rank just to help out the server with hackers. I think everyone should be able to report and try to get every hacker. Now I know there are not that many staff's, but this could change in the future. Then they could add an new update.

That might be nice, but what if people don't want to vote. What if they just join to played? They might want to vote on a different server, but they can't because they automatically voted on Cubecraft

You should keep Jitter clicking, but I would slow it down a little, so it doesn't detect as anticheat.
