    My internet is not bad it's 5 Mbps ?
    Is it internet connection problem or it's from the host or something ?

    5 Mbps is pretty slow actually. I think you need about 15 Mbps of download speed (about the same as the average persons upload speed) to be able to play the game smoothly. Besides this your location may also have an influence on your connections stability. As you are from Egypt and the server is hosted in France I estimate your ping would be about 50-90 ms indeed increasing the risk of a laggy experience even more.
