Same, I've been here for so long and I don't think I've ever met anyone from Wales, especially ones that speak Welsh because the only time I use Welsh outside school is usually talking about people behind their backs right in front of them in England with my friends or parents xD ;3

Aha, good use of the language then, I had a GCSE foundation paper and got a C and it's two years until I sit my actual GCSE so I'm hoping to pass. :P
