Wait what exactly happened? By reactions do you mean the angry emoji or laughing emoji reactions, or just inappropriate commends or inappropriate private messages? Messages and commends can be reported with the report button, and if you feel like someone is giving you reactions out of disrespect for example, I guess you could try to ask about it privately from a moderator via private dm.
